Yes, you will be assigned an event coordinator around 2 months prior to your wedding, they will invite you for a final meeting to run through the specific details of your day and then your coordinator is there on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.
Before this, we have a FAQ system which you can access 24/7, as well as being able to utilise the whole team who all have a wide knowledge available on the phone or via email 7 days a week.
On the day, your coordinator will ensure the venue is set up as requested, suppliers are directed and will also act as the master of ceremonies to make those all-important announcements.
If you have any questions, worries or concerns, your coordinator is there to guide you and to make sure that you can fully relax and enjoy the day. They will then hand over to a supervisor for your evening reception who will see you through to the end of the evening.
