How do my guests book the room?

Once you book your wedding with us, we will automatically reserve any accommodation rooms for your wedding night to ensure that you have priority over booking these rooms until 6 months prior to your wedding, at which stage, they will be released on general sale.

You will receive a secret code 2 weeks after booking Heaton House Farm. Your secret code will be 6 numbers and 2 letters.

All that your guests need to do is to head to www.heatonhousefarm.co.uk and select ‘accommodation’ where they can enter the secret code to show the available rooms on the booking system. To book a room we will require full payment at the time of booking. Add the code to your invitations, wedding website or send directly to the guests you would like to stay! Your secret code is valid until 6 months before the wedding. If they are not booked 6 months before your wedding date, any remaining rooms are then released to the public.
