How much do the accommodation rooms cost and breakfast for guests not staying overnight?

All rooms are priced based on occupancy levels rather than a room rate. As we have a range of different-sized rooms, we feel it is the fairest way for guests to only pay for what they need!

Breakfast is a full-cooked breakfast with a great selection of continental options.

If any your guests wish to join you for breakfast the following morning, please ask them to email us directly at stay@heatonhouse.co.uk and we will send them a form to fill and then the accounts team will send an invoice for payment.
