All rooms are priced based on occupancy levels rather than a room rate. As we have a range of different-sized rooms, we feel it is the fairest way for guests to only pay for what they need!

We offer a delicious selection of continental items including cereals, fresh fruit, and infamous homemade banana bread (which is delightful) with a hot cooked breakfast along tea/coffee and toast to finish off!
The cost is £21.00 for any guests aged over 10 years and for any guest under the age of 10 years it is £10.50.
If additional guests would like to join you for breakfast, they can book this directly with our team by contacting us on stay@heatonhouse.co.uk at least 1 week in advance to book and pay for their breakfasts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept on the day bookings as we do cook fresh for the guests we are expecting.
