Once you have paid your deposit and sent back your signed Terms & Conditions you will receive an email to say that we are in receipt of both of these. Our events team will then begin to process your booking, which can take up to 7 working days due the admin involved.

Once your booking has been processed, we will send a confirmation email, a wedding planner document, a copy of your signed Terms and Conditions and the accounts team will send over your Payment Plan.
