Which rooms are licensed & what are the maximum numbers for a civil ceremony?

We have a number of different areas for civil ceremonies, their capacities are listed below:

The Oak Pagoda/Facing The Tree (outside): 150 on the patio, additional guests can be seated on the grass
The Oak Barn: 120 guests
The Night Sky: 350 guests
Under The Pleats: 200 guests

Of course for smaller numbers, we can re-size the spaces accordingly.
