Hire does not include:

  • Drinks
  • Food, crockery, cutlery and catering staff, these items will be provided by our approved caterers only
  • Table linen is provided by your chosen caterers. If you are using our on-site caterers, Stable Yard Catering you will have a choice of round circular table cloths and napkins in either white, black or ivory. If you use one of our recommended external caterers, they will provide this for you.
  • Registrar’s fees – Staffordshire Registrars can be contacted on 0300 111 8001
  • Venue dressing items
  • On-site accommodation (excluding the bridal suite, which is complimentary providing 4 or more rooms are booked by your guests using your seceret code through our website)
  • External suppliers
  • Multiple ceremonies, there is an additional fee where more than one ceremony is held on the same day. This covers the additional staffing, preparation and turnaround required between ceremonies.
